1. The Travel Survey Campaign (“Promotion”) is jointly promoted by Club Wyndham Asia and Dressabelle(“Organisers”). The qualifying period is until 31 August 2019 (“Qualifying Period”). The Promotion is open to all customers of the Organisers (“Participants”). Employees of the Organisers and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Participants must provide all fields to complete the Travel Survey for the Promotion. Participants have the discretion to decide if you would like to provide us with your personal information. However, you will not be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw should you decline to do so, notwithstanding any prior registration on the Do-Not-Call Registry.
2. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow the information collected to be used by the Organisers and their affiliates to contact you for booking arrangements and for marketing and promotional purposes, until you opt out by sending your request to Asia.Minivacs@wyn.com.
3. Prizes include (i) 4 days 3 nights' stay for 2 guests with daily breakfast at Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali, (ii) 4 days 3 nights' stay for 2 guests with daily breakfast at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside, and (iii) 4 days 3 nights' stay for 2 guests with daily breakfast at Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Bali ("Prizes"). The Winners will be notified on the redemption process of the prizes within fourteen (14) working days from 31 August 2019 or on a date that is deemed reasonable to the Organisers should the Winners be uncontactable. Each Participant in the Promotion may win a maximum of one prize, and any subsequent entry as a Winner will be disregarded, unless otherwise stated. For verification purposes, the name, email and contact number must be the same one used for the entry. Winners will be contacted via phone or email to inform them on how to claim the prizes within the stipulated dates. In the event that the Organisers are unable to obtain the Winners’ acknowledgement on the Prize within seven (07) working days of first attempting to do so, the Organisers reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion without any compensation to the Winner. In any event, Prizes not redeemed by 30 September 2019 will be forfeited.
4. The Organisers reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner it deems fit. The Participants are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to the Organisers and accept that any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars (deemed wrong by the Organisers) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won. The Winners are required to agree with the terms and conditions of their entry and to confirm their eligibility before collecting their prizes. Prizes are subject to availability and the hotel’s blackout dates. Prizes are not to be used in conjunction with any other package, discount, offer, group or corporate rate, and cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products. All room upgrades, late checkouts and value-adds are subject to charges and at the hotel’s discretion, which are not included as part of the prize unless otherwise stated.
